Description
Primer 200 – Aqueous acrylic polymer dispersion, used as adhesion promoter between Microcement & non – absorbent surface, acting as a key between the two surfaces. Instructions : Please clean the floor or walls, leaving it dry and free of dust, oil, wax or debris. Environmental and surface temperature is recommended to be between 15 and 25 degrees C. Shake the bottle before use. Apply a coat of Primer 100 evenly by roller. Let dry adhesion promoter Primer 100 for 30 to 60 minutes before applying the microcement, depending on weather conditions and ventilation of the workspace. Store in sealed original container not more than 12 months between 5 and 30 ° C, away from sources of heat and the action of direct sunlight.
Primer 100 improves grip and provides a key for the microcement on non-absorbent surfaces such as tiles, metal, marble and terrazzo. Primacem PLUS on tiles : Whenever applying microcement on tiles it is essential to use Primer 100, with the fiberglass mesh support, facilitating the application.
